Job Requirements
- Qualifications
- Valid FL 215 or 240 licenses, Medicare and CMS certifications, training, and carrier contracting as required (or be able to acquire them).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check.

Job Description and Responsibilites
- Present insurance products via phone, video, or in-person meetings.
- Assess client needs, research, and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Explain policy details, coverage, and benefits clearly.
- Maintain accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA.
- Collaborate to meet sales targets and foster business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and issues.
- Stay informed on market trends and industry developments.
- Committed to outstanding customer service.

Compensation
- W2 HOURLY positions (along with some 1099 potential to earn commission based on job performance)
- 1099 ONLY positions (no limit to your earnings!)
Location
- Must reside in the Tampa Bay, FL area
- Hybrid work environment that combines both a work from home opportunity as well as in office training/work located in Riverview, FL
Hours
- Our business hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm EST (but could vary depending on the season)
